Commentary:
Here's what you need to know. Well, need is a strong word. Here's what it wouldn't kill you to know:
- Kim Clark was our Comedy Writing teacher, and he did, in fact, run for Congress in Michigan.
- Skagal Svavarson is just me wearing a hood, and is not, in fact, running for anything.
- These commercials led to Kim Clark offering me the job of making the actual commercials promoting his campaign, instead of bashing it. It's like when your detective agency is getting too close to some big corporation's conspiracy, and they offer to buy your whole agency for some exorbinant amount. Except that the detective would've laughed in the corporation's faces, whereas I took the job like it was a stack of solid gold hotcakes.
- Kim Clark asked me to take the one about Tina Fey out before showing it anywhere again, cause, and I quote, "Tina Fey would kill him". I left it in. Because it's funny to me. And I'd like to think I could take Tina Fey in a fight.
- Fun Fact: This originally had me narrating, but I had Eric redo it, because he is way, way better at doing the narrator voice.
